Barking Beans

Just how loud do you want to bark, the more Mad Dog 357 you add the louder the bark, add too much and they'll bite back!

Serves 6

Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Cooking Time: 30 minutes

2 medium sized onions, chopped
100 ml. Tomato passata, home-made if possible
1 teaspoon Mad Dog 357 Hot Sauce
2 x 500 g. tins Harricot Blanc
Salt and Black Pepper, to taste

Add a little oil to the bottom of the pan and sweat-off onions until soft. Add all the other ingredients to the pan, for ultimate flavour use your own tomato sauce as prepared according to our Home-Grown Tomato Sauce recipe.

Bring to the boil and simmer for about 1/2 hour until beans soften. Freezes really well so make a big batch and freeze some for later.
